Laundromat
What time do we open and close?
We open at 7 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.
What time is the last wash?
7:59 p.m.
What time is the last dry?
8:29 p.m.
Why is the last wash one hour before closing time?
A normal wash takes about 30 minutes and a normal dry takes about 30 minutes. This way you're done by the time we close.
Can you air dry my clothes?
I'm sorry, we cannot hang dry or air dry laundry.
Will you hang my laundry on hangers?
Our service is a wash, dry and fold only. No, we do not hang any items.
What is Ozone?
Ozone is considered to be nature’s disinfectant. It has a distinct smell, similar to a summer rainstorm, because lightning is one of the ways nature produces ozone. It kills viruses, bacteria and mold. It softens your clothes, removes odors and sanitizes your laundry. We hope you enjoy this added benefits of ozone.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time during operating hours.
What products do you use for wash and fold?
We use only premium laundry products when we launder your clothes.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
Absolutely not. We will never mix your laundry order with anyone else. We know that this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Most orders are completed in 24 hours. (Sometimes faster)
Do you read label instructions on clothes?
No, we are not able to read individual label washing instructions. We use best practices of laundering. We wash in cold water and dry on low or medium heat. If you have an item that requires special care, please make a note and bag separately for our launderers.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $45 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
Where will my order be picked up and delivered?
Your pick up and drop off place should be in a safe area that you feel comfortable leaving your items. Most customers will leave at their front doors.
How do I schedule an order online?
Simple click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance, if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
There is not. You can cancel service at any time, but we know that as long as we continue to provide you with outstanding service you will stay with us.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we will ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
What should I put my dirty laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
What happens if I go out of town?
You can always log into your account and place your service on hold until you return from vacation.
How quickly should I unbag my items?
We recommend unbagging your items ASAP. This is especially important for duvets and down comforters. Due to humid temps and the goose feathers, it can be difficult to completely dry large bedding. There is always the possibility they may need more time to air dry at home.
Are there items that I cannot send to be washed?
Yes, we cannot accept items that are soiled from:
- Bodily fluids of a human or pet; tar; black mold; bedbugs or hazardous chemicals
- We do not launder leather or items that require dry cleaning only.
